Responsibilities

Health and Safety

The Directors and Chairman of CSP consider the health and safety of all its full-time employees, casual workers and contractors to be of prime importance. CSP has an excellent Health and Safety record, and most of our Operations Managers are working towards obtaining the Institute of Safety and Health (IOSH) standard.

All our employees have access to safety information via the Safety Representatives who link in to the Health and Safety Committee. New team members are given safety advice in accordance with our Health and Safety policy.

As part of our commitment to best practice in Health and Safety, CSP works toigether with a an independent Health and Safety consultant to conduct a gap analysis. By auditing all our Health and Safety processes externally we want to ensure CSP’s compliance with Health and Safety Legislature and recommendations. All the findings will be discussed by CSP's Health and Safety Committee, and relevant action points will be drawn and implemented in due time.

Every member of our team is valued as a vital component and representative of the company.
