Chelsea's A Team

Posted by on 13 April 2018 | Comments

So the Managing Director is a Chelsea season ticket holder. He hasn't had a lot to smile about when attending matches recently. Good job we've got a great team operating the externals. As well as managing the road closures and external traffic, the customer service and stewarding operation post match provides an exceptionally valuable experience of getting away from the area. This operation is a great benchmark, separating the queues from those using the match day entrance for Fulham Broadway Station and those passing in Fulham Road. It keeps visitors safe and provides an expedient operation to clear the area as quickly as possible, whilst having a bit of banter with the fans post match.
