We employ around 100 full-time staff members on permanent contracts and up to 1600 casual staff members on an ‘ad-hoc’ basis, and we value every member of our team as a vital component and representative of the company.
It is our policy to recruit from within the company wherever possible and to support the continuous professional development requirements of our team members.
Training with ‘reward and recognition’ are important elements of our Staff Development programme, and each member of our (management / operation) team has a regularly reviewed Personal Development Plan (PDP) which is agreed and monitored in partnership with the individual employee and their manager.
