QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT
The Combined Services Provider Ltd (CSP) operates and manages car parking, internal and external traffic management, security, stewarding, cash & audit services, signage production and implementation, cleaning plus associated activities, at one day and multiple day events and fixed locations for Clients throughout the UK and Europe.
The management, and all who work at CSP, are committed to providing the highest possible level of service in satisfying the requirements of our Clients and members of the public. CSP is also committed to working collaboratively and flexibly with all stakeholders to meet our Clients’ expectations, statutory, regulatory, applicable legal and other subscribed requirements that relate to Quality, Health & Safety and Employment; specifically, a commitment to compliance of the National Highway Sector Schemes 12D, SIA ACS Accreditation, BICSc ATO Accreditation and ACPO CSAS guidelines.
To ensure that we achieve excellence in all our activities, we have implemented a formal Quality Management system, which satisfies the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015.
The Company’s objectives that underpin the Quality Management System are:
• On time and right first-time delivery of our services
• To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
• Control performance through strategic Key Performance Indicators, Dashboard Presentations and Strategic Business Plans to continually improve process performance in the delivery of services
The Quality Policy and Quality objectives adopted by management are made known to all staff through formal company communications throughout the year. Quality objectives form the basis for individual objectives that are cascaded through the workforce to ensure consistency in objectives across the workforce and a unified approach.
This is the foundation on which we will build continual improvements in our Management system and performance.
The Quality Policy and Management System are reviewed and updated regularly to take account of changing circumstances and Client requirements.
