HVM Solutions for ICC Cricket World Cup 2019

Posted by on 14 January 2019 | Comments

With the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019 fast approaching and taking place in England and Wales between May 30 and July 14 across numerous cricket grounds, CSP were proud to be able to demonstrate the ATG HVM temporary solution to the team at Edgbaston. It was clear from the attendees at the presentation that crowd safety for fans was of paramount importance both on arrival and departure, who were impressed by both the system and the team installing. Installation was achieved within a targetted 20 minute period and we hope to be able to support the wider event to a successful conclusion later this year. Well done to Mark Bouchier and his team for an excellent demonstration.

SurfaceGuard at Twickenham

Posted by on 20 November 2018 | Comments

CSP trialled the SurfaceGuard HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) system for The RFU at Twickenham Stadium at the England v Japan fixture this November. An interesting installation that was slightly different from the norm. Cardinal Vaughan car park operates on match days to support the high demands of parking and is the main location for tailgate picnics. Pedestrians access the West Car Park and Stadium via a bridge from Cardinal Vaughan, and this was a route felt would benefit from a HVM solution as a vehicle could access the bridge.

CSP Fantasy Premier League Update November 2018

Posted by on 15 November 2018 | Comments

At the time of writing, we have an International Break for the Premier League, so an opportune time to review the standings in our CSP League: Living The Dream. We are now a third of the way into the season and there are few surprises in the actual FA Premier League, with Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Spurs all doing well and only Manchester United probably not where most expected them to be. Likewise, those picked Lukaku and Salah on the back of last season, have had to temper expectations this though Aguero continues to perform to a fantastic level.
