Operational Updates
The beginning of a new year is always a great time to reflect on past achievements, refine our goals, and renew our commitment. This January, we have taken the opportunity to assess our successes and lessons from 2024 whilst reaffirming our vision, values, mission and client commitments. This will realign the core tenets of our services and operations to achieve operational excellence that project confidence to our staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
We are extremely proud to support the New West End Company with their inaugural Bond Street Christmas Lights Switch On Event, on the 14th November. CSP designed and implemented 6 HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) Points to provide a protective environment for the crowds to gather for the Light Switch On, with only a 2 hour build & derig window. We have received great feedback from the client and stakeholders and hope to be able to work with the New West End Company in a larger capacity on future projects.
Give us a C, give us an S, give us a P….Goooo CSP!....the last two Sundays has seen the return of the NFL to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with our teams delivering a breadth of services in Traffic Management, HVM and Commercial Parking for the two fixtures of the London Series. The New Jets took on the Minnesota Vikings, and the Jacksonville Jaguars took on the Chicago Bears to complete sellout crowds!
CSP have successfully delivered another fantastic parking operation for The 152nd British Open on behalf of The R&A.
CSP have returned to AELTC for The Championships at Wimbldon, our 9th consecutive year supporting this iconic international event in the UK summer sporting calendar. Along with the tennis balls being refreshed, this year we managed the event with two new Managers taking the operational lead. The opportunity to step into the leadership roles reflects their experience in leading our other projects, their confidence and demonstrated ability to perform at the most demanding level, and a supportive and collaborative environment across the team, which we continue to develop back at HQ.
