The fans partied until the sun went down, and most likely until it came back up again, well done to Liverpool FC on winning the 2024/25 Premier League with 4 games remaining! CSP have been providing Match Day Traffic Management, Car Parking and HVM Services since 2023 and are delighted that next year we can say that we look after the Premier League Champions!
On the 8th March, CSP proudly celebrated International Women’s Day under the theme of ‘Accelerate Action’ – a powerful reminder of the need for swift and decisive steps toward closing the gender gap. At CSP, we are committed to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all our female colleagues across all levels of the organisation. Whether in Frontline operations or strategic leadership roles, the dedication and impact of these individuals have propelled our business forward. We would like to take the opportunity to recognise the invaluable contributions of these women and celebrate each one of these incredible individuals. As part of our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, we continue to champion gender equality and are dedicated to making a lasting impact in our Company and communities. Whilst we are proud of the progress made so far, we acknowledge that more work lies ahead to truly accelerate change through our actions.
CSP have been exhibiting at the annual Event Production Show held at ExCel on the 26th and 27th February, meeting potential new and existing clients. As part of our Exhibition Stand, we encouraged visitors to take part in the Batak Challenge, which is a reaction game, whereby the participants had to hit as many of the flashing lights within 30 seconds.... to see if they had quick enough reactions to be a CSP CSAS Operative! Gemma Butler of CSP is still the record holder with a score of 54, well done Gemma!
The beginning of a new year is always a great time to reflect on past achievements, refine our goals, and renew our commitment. This January, we have taken the opportunity to assess our successes and lessons from 2024 whilst reaffirming our vision, values, mission and client commitments. This will realign the core tenets of our services and operations to achieve operational excellence that project confidence to our staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
We are extremely proud to support the New West End Company with their inaugural Bond Street Christmas Lights Switch On Event, on the 14th November. CSP designed and implemented 6 HVM (Hostile Vehicle Mitigation) Points to provide a protective environment for the crowds to gather for the Light Switch On, with only a 2 hour build & derig window. We have received great feedback from the client and stakeholders and hope to be able to work with the New West End Company in a larger capacity on future projects.
